Pay in, then wait
You fund the bounty through Stripe before work starts. BountySmith holds the payment until you approve the delivery. Unless it's a contest, a submission you don't approve, send back for revisions, or dispute within 7 days is approved automatically.
Review before you release
Preview images, video, and audio in the browser. Source files like .rbxm and .fbx stay locked until you approve.
Reviews both ways
After a bounty completes, you review the creator and they review you. Both show on the profiles.

What you do as the studio
Four steps from the brief to the final files.
Post a bounty
Write the brief: category, deliverables, formats, budget, and deadline. Found someone already? Once they're verified, invite them to it.
Fund it
Pay through Stripe Checkout. BountySmith holds the payment until you approve the work. Unless it's a contest, a submission you don't approve, send back for revisions, or dispute within 7 days is approved automatically.
Review the submission
Preview images, video, and audio in the browser. Request revisions if the work isn't there yet.
Approve
Approving releases the payment to the creator and unlocks the final files for you.
Before you can publish
Public bounties come from verified studios, so creators know who they are working for. Verification is a one-time check.
Add your studio
Create an account and link your Roblox game or group, plus something that shows it's yours.
We check ownership
An admin confirms the Roblox group or game is yours, so creators know a bounty comes from a real studio.
Publish and fund
Once verified you can publish and fund bounties. Before that you can draft one, but not publish it.
What it costs
Studios pay a 10% fee on top of the bounty. Creators receive the full bounty amount. Here is a $100 bounty, line by line.
Where your money is
- Payments are processed through Stripe. BountySmith LLC operates the platform and holds the payment until you approve the work. Unless it's a contest, a submission you don't approve, send back for revisions, or dispute within 7 days is approved automatically.
- Approval releases the payment to the creator's Stripe account and unlocks the final files. Approval is final.
- If you cancel before work is delivered, the bounty and platform fee are refunded. Stripe's processing fee is not. A funded bounty that gets no applicants is refunded on the same terms 7 days after its deadline.
- If the two of you disagree about delivered work, either side can open a dispute. An admin reviews it and either releases the payment, refunds the studio, or dismisses it so the bounty continues.

BountySmith covers Stripe's processing fee on bounties that complete. On a refund, that processing fee is the one part that can't be returned.
