Support
Reach the people behind the BountySmith pilot. Email support@bountysmith.comand we'll take it from there.
What to include
The more of this you send up front, the faster we can help — one email beats a back-and-forth:
- The account email you signed up with.
- Your role — studio or creator.
- The bounty name and link, if your question is about a specific bounty.
- A short summary of what happened and what you expected.
- Screenshots, if they help show the problem.
Never send passwords, payment card numbers, or other secrets. We will never ask for your password, and you never need it to get help.
What you can write in about
- Account access — sign-in trouble or a change to your account.
- Bounty or submission issue — something isn't working the way you expect on a bounty or in the vault.
- Dispute or payment question — how release, refunds, or disputes work. Payments are test-mode only during the pilot; see Disputes & Payments.
- Unsafe file or report — flag a bounty, user, or file. You can also report a bounty right from its page.
- Privacy request — access, correction, or deletion of your data. See the Privacy Policy.
- Bug report — tell us what you did, what happened, and what you expected.
Response times during the pilot
BountySmith is in a controlled pilot, so responses are best-effort — there is no support SLA yet. We read everything and prioritize security, unsafe-file, underage-data, and accessibility reports.
For an urgent safety or payment problem, put URGENT at the start of your subject line so it stands out.
